We strive to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient.

In our efforts to keep ticket prices affordable while using the latest and most expensive technology, we have decided to operate with a small back office, so please read the below terms carefully.

Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend on a particular day and time and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket and as set forth below.

Waiver:  All admissions are subject to a strict policy that requires a signed waiver form from each of our patrons, which is available at our venue as well as online: here.

Refunds and Replacement Tickets

All sales are final. We do NOT issue refunds. Please read the below carefully.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the date and time selection as we are unable to issue refunds.

A valid form of ID may be asked when confirming your reservation.

Your tickets and/or respective transaction number provide the right of access – be careful when sharing as Onedome will only honor the first valid ticket presented.


We cannot accommodate same-day ticket changes (except in the case of a medical emergency where proof will be required).

If you do not show up for your allocated time/date, you will forfeit the ticket and be required to purchase a new one (exceptions based on medical emergency with proof can be made). The reason for this is that we lose the ability to offer that time slot to other guests.

We offer guests the option to make one change to their booking free of charge and additional changes will incur a booking fee of $5 per change, per booking so long as it is at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Groupon or Goldstar Tickets

If you purchased a ticket through whether Groupon or Goldstar, please review THEIR ticketing policies, as we cannot refund those tickets for you. You will have to contact them directly for any matter related to your tickets, be it changes or refunds as we cannot accommodate those at Onedome.


Onedome makes all reasonable attempts to not cancel a scheduled event day. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, notice will be posted on the Onedome website, and ticket holders will be notified. We will then offer you to either exchange your tickets for a new date and time, or to receive a full refund.

Third Party Ticket Sellers

When purchasing a ticket through a third-party seller or platform such as for example eBay, StubHub, Craig’s List there is no way for you to verify the validity of a ticket. Per ticket Onedome will only grant access once, when a valid ticket is presented for entry the first time. We do not replace fraudulent tickets. Duplicate, counterfeit or altered tickets will not be honored.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by California law Onedome shall not have any liability to you beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. Onedome shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the date of your tickets which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.  Onedome does not accept responsibility for any personal property while you are at our venue.

Onedome does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to, treatment of or employment in its services, programs or activities. Upon request, reasonable accommodation will be provided to allow individuals with disabilities to participate as fully as possible.
