Ticketing Questions

How will I get my tickets and what do they include?

Tickets will be sent via email. Please be sure to carefully type and check your email address when purchasing. You can also provide the first and last name of the person who purchased the tickets to gain entry, if you forgot your ticket.

Your ticket includes time spent in the experience and access to Onedome. You can enjoy our lounge, try a herbal elixir at Elixart or try painting in VR.

Haven’t received confirmation email yet?

If you purchased a ticket and have not received your tickets via email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you don’t see it, it’s possible there’s a typo in your email.

Check the credit card you used to pay for the tickets, if they show up then we will have you on our system! We will be able to locate your transaction using the full name the order was placed under. Or you can use this web form to request to have your confirmation email resent.

What’s your refunds policy?

Per our ticketing policy on our website, all tickets sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer ONE rescheduling change.

Can I change my reservation/booking?

Per our ticketing policy, we offer guests the option to make one change to their booking, so long as it is at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. If you need to change a ticket to another day or time, you can use this web form to request that change.

How to do I use a third-party voucher?

Below is some basic information that may answer your question.

We do not refund third-party vouchers. If you have booked your experience we can reschedule it for another time. If you want to reserve a time slot follow these steps:

  1. Go https://onedome.global/tickets/
  2. Select your experience
  3. Select the day from the pull-down menu and time below
  4. Proceed through checkout and enter your code in the Discount Code field on the payment screen to complete your purchase. Codes are case sensitive.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion — please check your spam folder.

You can only redeem ONE CODE per purchase. If you bought multiple vouchers, you will have to complete multiple ticket purchases. We understand this isn't a great customer experience and working on a more elegant solution.

How to do I redeem a gift card?

If you’re the lucky recipient of a gift card and need some help on how to book your ticket, follow these steps.

  2. Select your experience
  3. Select the day from the pull-down menu and time below
  4. Proceed through checkout and enter your code in the Gift Card field on the payment screen to complete your purchase. Codes are case sensitive

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer group discounts for groups of 15 or more. For large groups or special bookings, please contact events@onedome.global

Do you offer Student, Military, Senior pricing?

We do offer discounts to students, Military service people, and seniors (60+) with a valid ID. Children under the age of 3 are free.

Venue Details

Onedome is a wheelchair accessible venue. We also allow services dogs so long as they comply with the ADA’s definition of a service animal.

There are projection maps throughout Onedome, murals, interactive art, a lounge to gather and the Elixart Cafe.

There are bathrooms for our customers on site.

We provide lockers for our guests to safely store their bags and coats, so you can move through the experiences unencumbered. Guests set their own 4 digit code to secure their lockers. Please note that Onedome is not responsible for items left in lockers.

If you feel you left an item at the venue you can ask an agent behind the check-in counter. Or please email us using our web form.

Question about Children

What are the age restrictions?

All ages are welcome at Onedome, our Lounge, Elixart Cafe and LMNL.

The Unreal Garden is restricted to visitors age 8 and up and F.E.A.S.T is a 21+ experience.

The Unreal Garden — children must be 8 years old to wear the Hololens and experience the garden. Children under 8 years old are welcome to accompany their family in the garden, but will not have the Hololens experience and must be with their parent or guardian at all times. The garden is dark like a theater with rocks and waterways, and parents should be mindful of their children as they walk around the space.

Can I bring my baby?

Babies are welcomed at Onedome! In fact, we've seen many children under the age of 3 be captivated by all the colorful lights. We do ask that you not feed your children while in the experience — please use the lounge area to hang out with your family. Thank you.

Can I bring my stroller?

Strollers are not recommended. However, we understand there are cases where exceptions need to be made. If you are considering bringing a stroller for your infant or toddler, please consider the following:

  • Using a carrier for small infants. This will help with ease of flow for both you and your infant. You can use our lockers for diaper bags to help with weight.
  • Using a compact travel stroller vs a large stroller with more compartments that may not be as compact. Again, leaving your personal items or large bags in one of our lockers can help in this case.
  • Strollers are not allowed in the experiences and if brought will need to be left at the front desk. Please note that we do not have space to accommodate more than a couple of strollers.

Food & Drink

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. No food or drink may be taken with you into either experience.

Elixart's Cafe inside our venue offers a variety of uniquely interesting healthy snacks and drinks with a menu of non-alcoholic elixirs, kava, tea, and other exotics; raw food, and premium organic products. Their original location is in Neveda City, CA and now they're here in San Francisco at Onedome. You can find out more about them at www.elixart.com

What’s on the menu?

Our surprise menu features a salad, soup, first course, main course, and dessert. Every dish will feature the freshest ingredients, hand-selected by Chef Nick, to highlight the flourish of Spring.

How do you handle dietary restrictions?

Our menu is designed to accommodate most dietary restrictions including gluten, nuts, and lactose allergies. We also have an equally attractive vegan menu on offer. Given the “dinner party” nature of the event, substitutions outside of the nightly menu are not allowed.

What time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive on time so that you may check in with our host, experience Onedome’s sumptuous environments, enjoy a welcome elixir, and meet your fellow guests.

When should I go through the experience?

We recommend people who have a 6p seating enjoy LMNL after your dinner and for those with a 8:15p seating before you your dinner. However you're more than welcome to arrive and go through the experience before or after your meal. Just note that the average person spends 45-60 minutes in LMNL.

Can you purchase additional wine, beer or elixirs during the dinner?

Every meal comes with one welcome elixir, two glasses of wine, beer, or soft drinks. Additional pairings are available on a pre-purchase basis only. We will have house wine and beer available for purchase by the glass with credit card only.

Is tax and tip Included in my ticket purchase?

Yes, All taxes and gratuities are including in your ticket price.

How many people can I bring?

Only ticketed guests may attend (we are unable to accommodate drop-ins)

Is this suitable for children?

The dinner service will be upscale and adult-oriented, lasting 90 minutes into the evening, and is therefore not a suitable environment for young children.

What is Immersive Dining?

Immersive Dining is an experiential dining experience that ties together food, entertainment, experience and interactivity, pairing seasonal, themed food menus with the spectacular interactive visual effects, music and environment. Guests can interact with the visuals and content on the table tops, engaging with their environment and fellow guests.

Can we order additional food items?

F.E.A.S.T. is not a restaurant, its a dinner party with a pre-set menu held in an interactive video art event space. As a result, we do not offer a menu and additional items (besides beverages) cannot be ordered.

What’s included in the ticket price?

  • A unique welcome herbal elixir by Elixart
  • A delicious five-course menu created and presented by renowned Chef Nick Ronan of the Pawn Shop & Beso
  • 2 drinks with dinner (wine, beer or non-alcoholic)
  • Table-top interactivity with immersive art and entertainment
  • Admission to LMNL, an immersive labyrinth of digital art, with 14 interactive rooms and installations

General Admissions Information

All ages are welcome at Onedome, our Lounge, Elixart Cafe and LMNL. However, The Unreal Garden is restricted to visitors age 8 and up. Senior tickets are for adults 60 and older.

The Unreal Garden mixed reality experience allows up to 25 people simultaneously to explore, with a time limit of 25 minutes per person.

When you purchase tickets, you schedule an entry time so we can control the flow of people and limit unnecessary waiting.

Tickets are for The Unreal Garden or LMNL experiences.

Our lounge and Elixart Cafe are open to the public without tickets. Everyone is welcome to come and spend time in this extraordinary space and try some herbal infused snacks and mocktails.
